Work Environment:
- Working closely with research, software, and trading teams of experts encompassing all aspects of running a successful trading operation.
- Exposure to multiple complex strategies across several market
Responsibilities:
- Pre-market: Verify that market data, system processes, and operational workflows are prepared for the trading day.
- Market hours: Periodically check strategy performance and behavior, addressing any anomalies.
- Project work: Spend dedicated time on long-term initiatives that enhance, scale, or add robustness to our trading strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in a comparable quantitative trading role.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones.
- Ability to thrive under time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Python and common mathematical/statistical libraries
- Experience using Linux and Bash scripting.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills
