Position Overview:

DRW-Cumberland is seeking an innovative and analytical OTC Cryptoassets Trader to join our team in the Cayman Islands. This role is integral to our trading activity, focusing on pricing, hedging, and optimizing execution using a data-driven approach and robust risk framework. This position requires flexibility as it provides weekend trading coverage, with a work schedule of three weekdays plus Saturday and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OTC trading flow from new and existing counterparties
• Make markets in a wide array of cryptocurrencies
• Identify and capitalize on trading opportunities; execute trades within defined parameters
• Optimize trading processes and activities using data-driven analysis
• Maintain close communication with our global offices to coordinate workflow and trades
• Collaborate with various internal teams (operations, cash management, technology, legal, etc.) to ensure business efficiency
• Regular work schedule includes three weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday during the daytime

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-7 years of trading experience
• Strong mathematics, coding, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a robust work ethic
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital wallets is preferred
