DRW is a principal trading firm, meaning we have no outside investors or third party funds, and we trade primarily for our own account in markets around the world. Our trading is diverse—across asset classes and instruments, using our own models, systems and applications—and it’s this diversification that sets us apart. DRW was founded on bringing together technology, research and risk management to capture trading and investment opportunities, and we still take that approach today.

Our formula for success is simple. We bring on exceptional people, encourage their ideas and reward their results.

Our Enterprise Application Platforms team manages the core applications that keep the enterprise flowing. They work hard to ensure that the core platforms are operating optimally and configured to meet the business needs while maintaining a focus on security. They obsess over providing extraordinary service regardless of the issue.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Owner and Analyst. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow platform’s administration, configuration, and optimization while also collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes to drive efficiency and improve user experiences. As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will be the primary point of contact for platform-related matters, ensuring its stability, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting the development of innovative solutions.

You’ll be right at home if you:

  • Have proven experience in administering and configuring ServiceNow for multiple years in a demanding environment.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • Are passionate about the ServiceNow platform and are constantly championing its greater adoption.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Run all three primary governance boards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform enhancements and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal platform functionality.
  • Implement best practices across the entire ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end-users to promote platform adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage them for improved efficiency and innovation.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Ensure integrations with other enterprise applications are seamless and effective.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Collaborate with developers and platform administrators to oversee the implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate and refine system changes before deployment.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new ServiceNow features and processes.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to provide insights into platform performance and business KPIs.
