The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications (BRDs/FRDs).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to identify bottlenecks and quantify the impact of process improvements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Finance systems, performing root-cause analysis on data discrepancies.
- Act as the primary translator between non-technical business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Partner with IT and vendors to architect solutions that integrate system logic, data structures, and automation tools to solve business pain points.
- Identify technical risks, data integrity issues, and system constraints early in the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within a fast-paced MNC, consulting firm or fintech startup.
- Experience in data analysis with SQL/Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "think outside the box" when navigating system limitations.
- Prior experience in Finance transformation/process automation is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding/analysis tools to accelerate documentation and data workflows is a plus.
