Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product team under Main App, leading the development and enhancement of customer-facing data products across crypto.com platforms.
This role will focus on improving our customer service and operations efficiency through AI-powered support tools and AI-driven features that enhance our users' experience and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generative AI technologies and customer service use cases, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Familiarity with crypto trading ecosystems is a plus, but not required.
This is a unique opportunity to shape innovative products at the intersection of artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing data products, with an emphasis on trading data insights and AI-enhanced services
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product, to deliver high-quality, scalable data products
- Translate complex technical capabilities into user-centric product requirements and intuitive experiences
- Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate generative AI models into product features, ensuring outputs meet standards of quality, relevance, and latency
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all data products adhere to best practices in reliability, scalability, and security
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, fintech, trading, or data platform environments
- Strong understanding of generative AI model fundamentals, including prompt engineering, model limitations, and deployment considerations
- Familiarity with customer service chat implementation using AI
- Strong product sense with a user-first mindset and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into impactful user experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through launch with minimal supervision
- Previous experience delivering customer-facing products powered by AI technologies is a strong plus
- Familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
