The Compliance Analyst - IC&T will be responsible for supporting Crypto.com’s regulated businesses in their global regulatory compliance obligations. The candidate must be a self-starter who exhibits a strong passion for financial innovation, who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaboratively to solve complex problems and is excited about Crypto.com’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews and testing of operational compliance against relevant laws, regulations, and the Company’s internal policies and procedures;
- Document and summarize review results, including progress, outcomes, risks, and findings;
- Support in drafting recommendations to address identified weaknesses or documentation gaps;
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Compliance controls library, test procedures, and controls scoring model;
- Support Compliance Management in identifying and monitoring issues within the Company’s compliance operations;
- Observe and evaluate processes to verify that internal controls are effectively implemented and maintained;
- Contribute to assessments of the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance operations;
- Collaborate with other Compliance team members and departments to promote adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role (preferably within financial services or virtual assets);
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline).
- Working knowledge of applicable AML/CTF and/or regulatory compliance recommendations, standards, and procedures;
- Understanding of first line operations processes, including KYC, EDD, and Investigations;
- Familiarity with basic audit and testing practices;
- English language proficiency at C1 level;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Proficient in standard office and compliance-related software tools;
- Demonstrated understanding of or interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology;
- Knowledge of digital assets, fintech, prepaid and lending products;
- Understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and payments laws within the banking/financial services industry.
