Crypto.com
Sales & Business Development
Sydney, NSW, Australia
Posted on Jul 4, 2025
The regional area for this role covers Australasia, and South East Asia; with some additional coverage in other areas of Asia as regulations permit.
As a regional Growth Partnerships Manager, you will be an individual contributor with hands-on responsibility for our network of affiliates, influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region. You will be the point of contact in your regional area for implementing product marketing campaigns and launching partnership initiatives.
Reporting to the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, your role will sit within the Growth team. You will have autonomy in your regional area to make decisions about which partners you work with, and how you develop regionally applicable campaigns. You will work with your manager to create a personal development plan, ensuring that you continue to have the skills and knowledge to excel in your career.
Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in KPIs by developing and implementing initiatives that meet your regional partnership targets. You’ll be building influencer campaigns alongside our product and marketing teams, to ensure that new features, product releases and marketing campaigns are effectively picked up and adapted for our influencer partners. You’ll then create post-campaign analysis to advise on improvements for future campaigns - presenting these to the other members of the team to share best practices.
From time-to-time you may be asked to represent Crypto.com at partnership and industry events within your regional area; with the aims of meeting with new partners, developing partner relationships, and having valuable conversations with industry peers.
