About the role
We’re looking for curious and motivated Junior Product Data Analysts to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to develop hands-on experience in using data to improve product decisions. You’ll help analyze both on-chain and off-chain data, contribute to experimentation efforts, and learn how to shape product strategies with data.
Job Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports that make data accessible and useful for stakeholders.
- Assist in defining product success metrics and setting up event tracking strategies.
- Work with product managers and senior analysts to generate insights that inform product decisions.
- Support experiment design and analysis to improve user experience and product performance.
- Explore data trends and generate actionable insights that influence the product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL and Python skills — you're comfortable querying large datasets and automating analysis.
- A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving real-world problems with data.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and able to communicate data findings clearly.
- Comfortable with numbers, and interested in how product and user data drive business impact.
- A recent graduate or early-career candidate with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
