Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company's relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees' relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) e.g., Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare all documents related to hiring, reassignments, and terminations (labor contracts, annexes, termination orders, and other documents);
- Keep updated the database with newcomers and leavers in the provided payroll software;
- Process sick leaves and data for employees on maternity/paternity leave and submit the relevant data to the National Social Security Institute within the statutory period;
- Monitors data entry accuracy and participates in the entire process of administration of labor remunerations in the provided payroll software (incl. work schedules, calculations of benefits, bonuses, reassignments, sick leaves, and other absences, etc.);
- Communicate with local authorities: National Social Security Institute, National Revenue Agency, Labor inspection, Labor medicine and similar;
- Responsible for submission of all documents, data, and declarations to the institutions, related to the payroll;
- Issue income documents, official notes, and certificates;
- Dealing with payroll queries;
- Prepares reports for the needs of the management, and proposes measures for improvement of the work process;
- Executes other tasks related to the fulfillment of all described above.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience in Payroll;
- Experience with different work schedules, and summarized working hours is a must;
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian Labor legislation;
- Experience with Aladin payroll software is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel – with expertise in Lookups & Pivot tables);
- Very good spoken and written English;
- Close attention to detail and a strongly independent working manner;
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills.
