Resonsibilities
- Develop and execute best-in-class paid search strategies focused on global user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth, with an emphasis on English-speaking markets such as the US, UK, and Canada.
- Develop strategic recommendations for Head of UA stakeholders, aligning paid social efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in organic marketing, creative, performance marketing, product, and analytics to build cohesive and unified strategies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social specialists, instilling a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members, ensuring skill development and career growth.
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert on paid social, driving innovation and best practices.
- Act as a leader who can execute as an individual contributor while simultaneously empowering the team to succeed.
- Support the strategic allocation of resources across platforms, geographies, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance, leveraging advanced A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation to achieve optimal results.
- Partner with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences and formats.
- Work closely with the analytics team to implement attribution modeling and measure the true impact of campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with organic social and community management teams to create a cohesive social presence across all channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in scaling global paid social media efforts for web and app platforms.
- Significant experience in TradFi or Crypto, i-gaming or sports is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, including experience leading large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams, with demonstrated success in building and retaining high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of paid social platforms, tools, and analytics systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Expertise in performance marketing strategies for English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada) and global campaigns.
- Advanced understanding of audience targeting, conversion optimization, and creative testing strategies.
