Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, develop, manage, and optimize landing pages for Google search keyword paid ads.
- Plan the creative schedule to ensure the achievement of KPIs.
- Handle day-to-day creative requests from the Growth user acquisition team, CRM team, and campaign teams with campaign objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on landing page performance.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, following Growth Creative Director’s direction
- Coordinate with Growth Creative, development, and UA teams to enhance landing page effectiveness.
- Leverage creative data analytic skills to optimize content performance and make informed decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for multiple projects
- Manage resources efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
- Proven experience in digital content creation and project management.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and keyword optimization.
- Experience handling creative requests from various marketing teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Creative data analytic skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Creative Campaign Management: Ability to oversee the entire creative campaign process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and KPIs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing insights to inform creative strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Skill in managing creative assets across multiple social channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including creative teams and external agencies.
- Agile Project Management: Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Creative Strategy Development: Skill in developing creative strategies that resonate with the target audience on each social platform.
- Attention to Detail and Results-Driven: Strong attention to detail to ensure that creative assets are error-free and optimized for each advertising platform.
- Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising on social media platforms.
- Experience in performance advertising.
- Naturally well-organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Keen knowledge of AI tools will be advantageous.
- Knowledge in the field of fintech and crypto space is advantageous.
