Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of various marketing technology platforms to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Ensure seamless operation and communication between systems, leveraging tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.
- Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions based on performance and ROI metrics.
- Design and implement automated bidding strategies to optimize ad spend across digital channels.
- Leverage data science and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing automation and streamline campaign execution.
- Conduct sophisticated customer segmentation and build predictive models to identify key customer insights.
- Perform analyses on customer lifetime value and tailor strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align initiatives with broader business objectives and drive progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing and data science to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of data science best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology, data science, or a related area.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically integrations with tools such as Segment.
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics and app attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Understanding in marketing measurement frameworks and execution of bidding and automation strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing data-driven marketing projects.
