The Company and role operate under a hybrid work setup, with approximately 50% time in the office and 50% work from home.
Responsibilities
- Processing of deposits and withdrawals from customer accounts
- Review of cash reconciliations and processing journal entries related to cash movements and payments
- Daily reconciliations of cash books, debit card deposits and withdrawals, chargebacks, and connection errors
- Preparation of daily Segregation Statement
- Perform analysis on trading activities, margin requirements, and liquidity management
- Manage Treasury inbox and salesforce relating to member specific inquiries
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading volumes, client activity, and revenue generation.
- Completion of project work such as automation of daily/monthly processes to improve efficiency
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis
- Assistance with various administrative tasks as needed
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaids, property, and intercompany accounts
- Work directly with US Treasurer, US Accountant and Accounting Associate on daily and monthly processing
- Support Finance team with ad hoc work surrounding Crypto.com entities
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory examinations
- Assistance with various administrative tasks as needed
- Manage Accounts Payable including purchase order creation, invoice review/submission, payment processing
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments to keep accounts current
- Maintain supplier database keeping addresses, TINs and banking details current
- Contribute toward development of processes in new Finance structure under Crypto.com
- Performance of internal control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of books and records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance with quality academic performance
- 0-1 years in Finance experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Quick learner and motivated self-starter
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, regulated environment
- Works well with others and is comfortable communicating with all levels
- Ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with FCMs, broker-dealers, or financial markets a plus
- Interest in financial markets/crypto is a must
