As the Director of Growth Campaigns at Crypto.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of campaign managers and specialists, providing hands-on leadership to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and refine a strategic growth campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets, leveraging insights from market research and customer data.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example, providing hands-on leadership to the campaign team, actively participating in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel growth campaigns, including digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing) and traditional marketing channels (e.g., print, TV, radio).Audience Targeting: Define target audience segments and develop personalized campaign messaging and creative assets to effectively reach and engage target customers at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and marketing attribution models to track and measure the performance of growth campaigns, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization within the growth campaign team, conducting A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance gains.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and alignment with business goals and ROI targets, and providing regular budget forecasts and updates to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and analytics, to align growth campaign strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and integration across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key campaign metrics, communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, and inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition and reactivations through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and hands-on management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with proficiency in digital marketing channels, traditional marketing channels, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative and data-driven growth strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
