Responsibilities

  • Creating innovative and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app content.
  • Understanding of content writing for various ad channels, such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.
  • Working with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to create effective copywriting solutions.
  • Conducting research and conceptualizing ideas to develop engaging messages for the target audience.
  • Creating personalized, segmented messaging for different customer groups, highlighting the significance of targeting specific customer segments and lifecycle stages with relevant content to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Writing content in various formats, including push notifications, pop-up messages, emails, and other essential CRM channels.
  • Adapting and refining existing content for different purposes.
  • Setting the tone and driving creativity, ensuring excellence in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
  • Staying up-to-date with trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Gathering input and validating content with internal teams.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials.
  • Utilizing AI tools to develop compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of fin-tech / blockchain content writing experience.
  • Exceptional ability to through impactful writing.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Crypto Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the crypto landscape, including knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and the target audience's interests and preferences.
