We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ASO & GTM Lead to spearhead our go-to-market strategies and optimize app store presence for maximum user acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user acquisition, localization strategies, and app store optimization techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively launch and scale our apps in global markets.

Responsibilities

    ASO (App Store Optimisation) Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to improve app visibility and ranking globally.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to optimize app metadata and enhance search discoverability.
  • Implement localization strategies to tailor app content for different markets and languages, driving increased engagement and downloads.
  • GTM Planning and Execution:
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new app launches in various markets.
  • Collaborate with local teams and agencies to develop targeted marketing content and campaigns.
  • Utilize both organic and non-organic marketing channels to drive user acquisition and increase app downloads.
  • User Acquisition Optimization:
  • Implement landing page optimization strategies to enhance user acquisition conversion rates.
  • Analyze app store data and user feedback to iterate and improve user acquisition strategies continually.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for user acquisition growth and expansion.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition efforts.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of improving app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies.
  • Experience in localization strategies and optimizing app content for global markets.
  • Strong understanding of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
