Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR Manager and TA team searching, sourcing and interviews where necessary
- Creating job adverts and role profiles with the local hiring managers
- Providing updates to all candidates throughout their application process Vetting all candidates, including Right to Work and DBS checks and reference checks
- Responsible for all onboarding, offboarding and internal mover administration as required HR Admin Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
- Supporting the HR with employee queries
- Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations
- Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms
- Collating and reporting on HR management information including headcount, absence and turnover
- Assist in multiple HR Administration projects such as ad-hoc staff activities/events, Anniversary Lego, company merch distribution etc.
- Notetaking and administrative support in Employee Relations matters
- Coordinating with IT regarding new starter requirements
Job Requirement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment
- Recruitment process CIPD Level 3 qualified desirable
- Proven administration experience in a HR/People Team HRIS experience an advantage
- Experience in an internal recruiter role desirable
- Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite
