The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Senior Manager - Strategic Sourcing will be assigned to certain strategic IT / Non-IT sourcing categories and operate under the instructions of the Head of Procurement.


  • Conducting analysis of market trending and price benchmark to ensure the company is capturing the most preferential and competitive commercials from suppliers.
  • Perform periodic supplier/spend analysis to provide meaningful management reporting for finance leadership on the category vendor cost base, and to derive actionable insights for further cost control via demand management and/or direct negotiations.
  • Meeting the annual cost control KPIs (both hard dollar savings and cost avoidance) without compromising the speed, quality, delivery of business functional requirements.
  • Lead and manage certain strategic/ high value / complex strategic sourcing initiatives as assigned by the Head of Procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and security requirements, including meeting the relevant Cyber/Info Security and Privacy throughout the sourcing / contracting process.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships within the assigned categories.
  • Working alongside Accounting team to maintain the vendor master / perform regular company procurement platform maintenance & enhancements to ensure smooth operations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strategic sourcing experience – 6+ years minimum with a track record of delivering strategic sourcing projects.
  • Demonstrated skills in commercial and contract negotiation, vendor onboarding and management.
  • Proficiency in Purchasing software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in an ultra fast pace/ stressful commercial environment to tight schedules.
  • “can do” attitude with ability to think outside of the box.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, and efficient.
  • Broad range of procurement knowledge across a variety of categories.
  • Ability to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs.
  • Ability to handle uncertainty, fragmented data.
  • Delivery focus with project management skills.
  • CPM/CIPS Professional Membership is preferred (Certified Purchasing Manager/ Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and strong numerical and computer literacy skills.
  • Passionate about start-ups and the growth of digital assets.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
