Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Support;
  • Provide technical support for the Operations team during the delivery of applications;
  • Work to agreed project schedules;
  • Ensure working and technically acceptable solutions are delivered;
  • Provide support for the Operations team relating to client software installations and subsequent pre-live testing;
  • Liaise, on a regular basis, with Operations Project Manager and CRM/JIRA Admin as to the progress of assignments;
  • Prompt escalation of issues to CRM/JIRA Admin in order to allow implementation of appropriate action and prevent internal escalation;
  • Undertake an effective Handover of the application and system knowledge to other support functions. Identify key issues encountered during the delivery and actions taken;
  • Provide support to the Operations team during the initial period of live operation;
  • Release management;
  • Create and test software releases in line with procedures;
  • Planning of activities to be undertaken in relation to a release;
  • Resolve Operations queries following a release.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and technical skills;
  • A minimum of 1 year experience at a similar position is a plus;
  • The Analyst must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial, and organizational structure;
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • The Analyst must stand out with excellent decision-making skills, effective problem-solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in a team;
  • Act with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability to respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in fintech and services, and motivation to occupy the position;
  • Excellent computer literacy.
