IT Support Engineer
- Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and networking maintenance
- Develop and implement access control workflows
- Handle enquiries, IT request and assist in resolving and troubleshooting from internal users
- Holders of network and/or security related certifications/qualifications.
- 3-4 years of practical experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- General IT operations experience including but not limited to User laptop provisioning, maintenance, User Account Provisioning and deprovisioning
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and network issues. Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, and Linux would be an advantage.
- Experience handling mobile fleets, including working with carriers, managing onboarding and offboarding users and mobile devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, OKTA, Netscope, Airwatch and others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
