The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Responsibilities
- Lead AP team to streamline procure-to-pay workflows and manage Global payments
- Ensuring bills and employee expense claims are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to relevant policies and procedures
- Design, build and maintain relevant internal controls over the procure-to-pay process
- Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies of current AP process
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance Transformation team on system enhancements around the Global Procurement system (ZIP) and improve integration with the Financial Reporting System (Oracle Netsuite)
- Work closely with Group Financial Controls team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenses and payments
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, economics, business required; advanced degrees, including CPA is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years experience with Accounts Payable
- Hands-on experience working with Procurement System (e.g. ZIP, Procurify) and banking automations
- Familiar with Finance ERP like Oracle, SAP or equivalent
- Involved in change management or new system implementation/migration a plus
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely detail oriented with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment
- Passionate about start-ups and the growth of digital assets
- Good command of spoken and written English
