The Quant Trading team is responsible for executing trades and managing risks associated with derivative products, such as options, futures, and swaps. The team develops and implement trading strategies to support the quantitative trading team in making informed decisions in fast-paced and complex trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research/pricing/execution/hedging to facilitate market making by using our automated trading infrastructure.
- Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance.
- Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting.
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance.
- Work with trading developers to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline from top global universities.
- At least 3 years’ experience with electronic trading and a strong understanding of trading model/theory/algo.
- Have exposure to Python/C++/Java and an interest to expand your technical skills.
- Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to details.
- Work under high pressure efficiently
