We’re looking for an exceptional Brand Manager who’s excited to be hands-on while crafting our brand story and strategically concepting and launching creative assets targeting all of Chia’s audiences: media, developers, farmers, governments, global institutions, large enterprises and more. This role will report to the Head of Publishing and work collaboratively with our Business Development and Product Design teams, as well as other team members across the company.
In this role, you will manage the development of Chia’s brand campaigns and all marketing assets and execution that supports Chia Network, our community, our partners and our clients. This is an exciting and important role to build Chia’s brand campaign capabilities, as we continue to grow and scale around the world.
Ideally, you:
Have 5-10 years experience building and executing end-to-end creative campaigns, especially focused on digital marketing and brand advocacy.
Thrive as an individual brand and marketing contributor across many deliverables and audiences
Hired and managed external contractors and a budget
Communicate exceptionally well while working quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous, lean and ever-changing environment
Are comfortable with a fully-remote role
Bonus points if you have:
Some blockchain and/or cryptocurrency knowledge, plus a drive to keep learning
Ability to ideate and execute on enterprise-targeted creative initiatives
Experience working on multi-audience brands, especially those targeting developers, B2B and government institutions; Extra bonus for consumer brand experience
Strong copywriting skills
Exceptional project management skills
In this role, you will:
Ideate, create and launch Chia Network’s brand and marketing campaigns
Develop foundational, scalable marketing assets (i.e. Chia intro video, presentation templates, and more)
Develop project-specific marketing assets for specific audiences, real-world use cases, business development verticals and clients (i.e. developers, large enterprise customers, large global institutions, investors, press and more)
Support creative development for priority company initiatives (i.e. employer brand)
Be flexible with evolving creative needs as the company evolves and matures
Hire and manage external contractors, and a budget, to support your work
