In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage core People programs with a focus on consistency, simplicity, and continuous improvement - spanning recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, and more

  • Lead and mentor a team of Logistics and Operations Analysts, managing priorities, fostering professional development, and growing executional capability across the People function

  • Collaborate with People Partners and Finance to support and iterate on annual workforce planning through thoughtful process design and enablement

  • Drive project execution for critical company priorities, ensuring alignment across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders

  • Own and enhance our People Helpdesk service delivery model, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries, managing escalations, and reporting on performance and service metrics

  • Build and maintain operational tools and documentation to streamline workflows across the global People team, including support for new platform and program rollouts and data management in key People systems like Workday and Ashby

  • Partner with People Technology to implement enhancements and automation, including AI-powered workflows, to increase efficiency and data integrity

  • Drive compliance across all global entity locations by partnering with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Security teams - including audits, legal reporting, and Employer of Record (EOR) management

  • Support accurate, on-time payroll delivery across regions in partnership with Payroll and Benefits

  • Maintain and evolve employee-facing resources and documentation, identifying training and enablement opportunities and contributing to learning and development strategies

  • Own and manage the team roadmap, top priorities, and contributions to the broader People team strategy

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR program management across a global footprint

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of building scalable products and repeatable processes

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, make data-informed decisions, and develop KPI dashboards that drive accountability and transparency

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to influence across all levels of the organization

  • Comfort working hands-on with extensive datasets and tools like Workday, Jira, and Ashby to drive process excellence and automation

  • A builder’s mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically, especially in ambiguous or evolving environments

  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, with a bias for action and a proven ability to turn complexity into clear, executable solutions

Nice to have experience:

  • Deep familiarity with Workday data structures, business processes, and reporting capabilities

  • Experience managing entity setup and EOR relationships in support of international expansion

  • A background in organizations known for recruiting and talent operations excellence, with exposure to high-volume, global People operations

  • Systems thinking - including experience designing and integrating HR tools across Talent, People, and Business functions to create scalable, cohesive solutions

  • A consulting mindset with strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

  • Skilled at managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, building stakeholder alignment, and ensuring progress across cross-functional teams
