Our Executive Assistants at Chainalysis play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and efficiency at the highest level of the organization. This highly skilled team provides comprehensive administrative support to our leaders, handling a wide range of tasks. The team acts as a key liaison facilitating communication and collaborations across departments while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
As an Executive Assistant supporting Chainalysis’ Chief Legal Officer and their department, you’ll be tasked with driving operational efficiency and success. This individual will provide day-to-day support to the Chief Legal Officer, delivering expert support with calendar management and scheduling, booking travel, project management, and various ad-hoc projects and events across the team, different departments, and company-wide.
In this role, you will:
Achieved superb calendar management across multiple time zones and the ability to adjust schedules with little notice
Lead and organize strategic travel arrangements for both domestic and international travel, organize internal stakeholders and tackle all facets of visa and passport renewals, and confer to immigration lawyers as necessary
Liaised with your fellow EAs and department heads to ensure the Chief Legal Officer is prepared with relevant talking points and need-to-knows, have created and updated slide decks, drafted letters, and other documents
Keep the legal team on track by assisting with various projects and meeting agendas
Build repeatable systems and structures to add consistency to the day-to-day of the Chief Legal Officer and the legal team
Serve as the eyes and ears to the Chief Legal Officer
We're looking for candidates who have:
Experience finding new ways to simplify your day-to-day and can organize your world by organizing your executive and the company at large
An approachable and professional mindset, and can both serve as a resource, as well as politely push back in support of your stakeholders
A mastery of building relationships with high-volume stakeholders like IT, the Office Team, and other EAs/business partners
A desire to thrive and seek out fast-paced environments and have a balance of urgency and professional execution
Ability to be self-motivated and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Experience maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality
An extremely organized background and can manage competing priorities
Experience in managing a busy executive
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular emphasis on succinctness and clarity
