Our job is to not only provide technical leadership and guidance to our users during the sales cycle but to also help customers, prospects and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives

As a Solutions Architect (presales), you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling-yet-understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic customers around the world by building bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects. Throughout all of these activities, you'll provide feedback to enhance the value and experience that customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.

In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to “value creation” and solution development to achieve the technical win

  • Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products

  • Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities

  • Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in such as way as to inspire audience confidence

  • Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers

  • Identify and highlight business opportunities

  • Partner with the Sales team to achieve goals and substantially increase our foothold with public sector customers and prospects

  • Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation

  • Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working with or directly within customers in Public Sector (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, Government)

  • Proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges in a clear and concise manner

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Aptitude for understanding technical concepts such as data analysis, APIs, and logic-based workflows

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience in criminal investigation, and familiarity with processes and standards of evidence - particularly of a digital nature - within the criminal justice system

  • Technical knowledge of blockchain and in particular cryptocurrency

  • Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and associated industries

  • Experience in financial compliance and/or anti-money laundering initiatives

  • Experience in a B2B presales, solution architecture, or sales role
