ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the ERP Systems Owner, the Integrations Analyst will support and enhance integrations across Finance, Procurement, and HCM, ensuring stable, secure, and accurate data flows between all ERP related systems and multiple internal/external systems.

This role is ideal for a junior–mid level integrations professional seeking broader cross‑functional exposure. You will help design, test, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations, working closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and global IT teams.

This position requires strong analytical skills, foundational Workday integration experience, as well as experience with other SAAS platforms. Familiarity with Zip and its iPaaS integration platform would be highly favourable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration Support

  • Assist in the design, build, testing, and deployment of integrations using Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Report as a Service (RaaS).
  • Lead the design and build of integrations leveraging ZIP Low Code iPaaS solution
  • Support integrations that connect Finance, Procurement, TPRM, Legal and HR systems.
  • Support data mapping, transformation, and conversion activities

Requirements Gathering & Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including HR, Finance, Procurement and IT—to understand business needs and translate them into technical effective solutions.
  • Support the documentation of integration requirements, workflows, and system dependencies.

Monitoring, Maintenance and Updates

  • Participate in release testing, regression cycles, and validation to ensure integration stability after updates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, or streamline integration processes and data quality controls.

Documentation, Compliance and Governance

  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, including data flows, support guides, configuration notes, and mapping sheets.
  • Help uphold internal controls, compliance standards, and data security requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of Workday functional domains (Finance, Procurement, HCM).
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration failures.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data flows.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage priorities, and work effectively with global teams.
  • Proactive problem‑solving and strong documentation habits.
  • Relevant qualifications, including Workday certifications, and familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and audit considerations.
  • Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of Workday integrations experience across Finance, Procurement, and/or HCM.
  • Hands‑on exposure to Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, or RaaS, with some familiarity with Workday Studio.
  • Experience using iPaaS tools to configure integrations.
  • Experience with Python/Javascript scripting
  • Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
  • Experience with API‑based integrations
  • Exposure to ERP or Financial systems.
  • Experience participating in system testing cycles.
