For the Summer 2025 term, interns are expected to work full-time and out of our Washington, D.C. office for at least 10 weeks. Interns may choose either to receive course credit through a law school internship program or to receive a stipend of up to $10,000.
For the Fall 2025 term, interns are expected to work 20+ hours per week, preferably from the DC office, but with the option for one of the interns to work remotely as appropriate.
