What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the management of the Hardware R&D team, carry out the organizational construction and process optimization of the R&D department, coordinate internal and external resources of the company, and provide a good organizational platform for the R&D work.
• Lead the overall strategy of hardware R&D and provide forward-looking guidance for product and technology development.
• Responsible for the provision of the overall solution, lead the team to complete the product hardware solution at machine and system-level, hardware decomposition and prototype development.
• Participate in the decision-making and direction setting of the core development process, establish core technology and product platforms, monitor the progress and quality of research and development, and lead the team to solve technical difficulties encountered in the development process.
• Conduct market research of industry technical standards, new trends, performance of competing products, etc., and formulate strategies for product improvement and optimization.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communication, Electronics or Computer related fields, with more than 10 years of hardware development experience, including 5 years of management experience, familiar with overall R&D management and process.
• Familiar with the concept and methodology of IPD (Integrated Product Development) , possess rich and practical experience in design process control and node management, and effectively ensure the output of design results through IPD process.
• Familiar with the overall R&D process and management, lead the team to complete various R&D projects on time.
• Have rich practical experience in digital/analog circuit system design, knowledgeable and be proficient in the use of design tools and instruments.
• Familiar with EDA software such as circuit diagram ORCAD, Protel, Power PCB, Allegro, Cam350, etc., and have design experience in electronic products such as servers and computers.
• Familiar with the mixed design of analog and digital circuits, able to locate and solve difficult problems in the development and testing of electronic circuits, and possess strong technical R&D capabilities.
• Familiar with EMC and EMI design requirements and test standards.
• Understand the PCB manufacturing process, familiar with the multi-layer board stack structure design, and familiar with the SMT production process and technology.
• Proficient in the use of electronic test instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.), and able to independently debug circuit board hardware when required.
• Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
