We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Business Analyst who will play a key part in conducting market research and developing business initiatives across Ethiopia and countries nearby. This person will be a strategic thinker with a passion for generating engaging content, acquiring customers, and launching marketing campaigns. This individual will report to VP of Global Datacenter Business and work closely with all layers of the team.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products, target customer demographics, competitor analysis, and industry segments.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop market-competitive solutions to meet market/clients/end users’ needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns, including cross-sell initiatives, current customer communications and upsell programs.
  • Assist creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and builds positive brand recognition.
  • Assist developing product concepts i.e. unique selling points, product use case etc.

How you will stand out:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Good understanding of marketing metrics, analytics, and ability to analyze and optimize campaigns

· Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant tools

  • Confident in coordinating the development of content internally and externally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Being able to speak Mandarin, with study or working experience in Asia
