What you will be responsible for:

• Market Research: Translate customer feedback, market research, and other relevant market information into new product definitions and corresponding plans. Conduct competitive analysis for existing products.
• Product Management: Responsible for product planning and marketing. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with the engineering department to deliver successful products. It also involves working with sales, marketing, and support departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Customer Communication: Actively communicate with internal teams (e.g. R&D design, engineering testing, supply chain delivery teams) to understand business requirements from clients and provide end-to-end technical solutions and feedback.
• Project Planning: Identify and formulate methods for product management/solutions and product planning tasks.
• Organization and Coordination: Actively participate in coordination with other functional departments, clients, and third parties involved in projects.
• Business Training: Create a product technical training plan to maintain team members' knowledge and strengthen the capabilities of our partners.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
• Highly efficient with good prioritization and adaptability skills. Capable of independent thinking and problem-solving. Possesses clear and logical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Professional and a team player.
• Willingness and ability to work outside normal working hours on some weekdays due to the global nature of the role.
• Capable of working within timelines and proactively identifying and solving problems.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PPT and skilled in Excel data statistical analysis.
• Experience in the server or consumer electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Good reading and writing skills in English, with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English for communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel frequently.
