How you can make an impact:
- Design, execute, and optimise growth campaigns that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Develop and run experiments across paid and organic channels, including social, search, lifecycle, referrals, and partnerships.
- Bring best practices from high-growth consumer apps to test funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and implement growth loops.
- Own performance tracking and reporting - measure results, share insights, and prioritise what to scale.
- Partner with Content, Social, and Design to deliver growth touchpoints that are on-brand, compelling, and conversion-optimised.
- Stay plugged in to growth trends from leading fintech and gaming brands to inspire fresh ideas.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and communities that can amplify Avara’s reach.
- Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, constantly pushing for experimentation and iteration.

- You have 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition for high-growth consumer apps - ideally fintech or mobile gaming.
- You deeply understand how to design and optimise funnels that convert and retain users at scale.
- You have hands-on experience with digital channels - paid social, search, email, lifecycle, and referral programs.
- You’re data-driven, fluent in using analytics tools, and comfortable owning KPIs and reporting.
- You know how to run A/B tests, analyse results, and make quick, confident decisions on what to keep, kill, or scale.
- You collaborate well with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.
