WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle first level tech support for a Mac-only environment having a large percent of remote users and within a global footprint
- Assess and prioritize incoming employee support requests with a customer-first mindset and handle the day to day IT administrative tasks
- Diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations, and provide technical support for macOS/iOS
- Advising on solutions to get users up and running again as quickly as possible
- Prioritize users and associated needs
- Maintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base of technical documentation
- Maintain the company's IT hardware asset register, monitoring and ordering stock
- Manage relationships with third party vendors
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (IT Support Engineer / helpdesk in a fast paced environment, Apple Genius)
- Expert knowledge in Mac, macOS, iOS
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Knowledge of endpoint management strategies with experience using different MDM and directory solutions (e.g. Addigy, Jamf)
- Excellent track record of successful service delivery
- Results-oriented, user-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand the basic principles of cyber security and be security conscious
- Ability to work onsite in our New York office
Salary Range: $79,101 to $98,876
