Work across the stack on a live exchange: order gateway, risk engine, market data, settlement, and the trading UI. We value product-minded engineers who can own new features end-to-end, from conception to delivery. What you'll work on- Low-latency, reliable and correct-by-construction trading services in Rust- React / TypeScript trading interfaces- ClickHouse data pipelines- Integrations with traditional finance rails (OK, we admit this doesn't sound as fun)- AWS / Terraform / IaC What we look for- Interest and experience in finance, markets, or trading- Sound judgment on correctness and operational risk- Strong system design instincts- Bias towards shipping- Comfortable reading and understanding unfamiliar codebases quickly- "AI native" (whatever that means) Nice to have- Professional experience in Rust- Exchange, brokerage, or HFT background To apply, email your resume and a short note to jobs@architect.co
