- Deep knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management.
- Demonstrated success in managing and drafting complex RFP/RFI submissions.
- Direct experience advising or implementing systems for federal or state agencies, particularly involving digital assets or crypto operations.
- Familiarity with institutional-grade reporting, compliance frameworks, and secure integrations in regulated environments.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Embed with clients as needed to develop, enhance, and operationalize custody procedures and governance frameworks.
- Leads public sector deployment efforts in highly sensitive, mission-critical environments.
- Operates with minimal oversight in complex regulatory and operational settings.
- Helps shape how governments securely manage digital assets at scale.
- Drives adoption and operational credibility for the firm in the government sector.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and other teams to align internal delivery.
- Maintain feedback loops with the Head of Government Solutions to evolve GTM strategy based on field-level implementation insights.
Communication and Influence:
- Builds trust with senior government officials across Legal, operational, and technical roles.
- Represents the company with credibility and clarity in agency meetings and high-profile forums.
- Synthesizes complex public sector needs into actionable roadmaps for internal execution.
- Partners effectively across product, policy, and GTM functions to represent institutional client interests.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 10 - 15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions.
- Experience working with a U.S. federal agency that launched or evaluated a digital asset program.
- Previously held Secret or Top Secret clearance. (active or inactive)
- A track record of working across government, law enforcement, or regulatory institutions with digital infrastructure components.
- A proven ability to pitch complex crypto solutions and identify when to involve other business lines.
- A willingness to go onsite to support high-priority clients, cases, or investigations.
- Experience creating or supporting government RFP/RFI submissions from a technical and execution standpoints.
- High-performance orientation with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently.
