Technical Skills
- Brand Identity: Design and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. Ensure consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone of voice in alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Visual Assets: Create a variety of visual content, including logos, icons, infographics, promotional materials, landing pages, and social media graphics, tailored to the crypto and blockchain community.
Complexity and Impact of Work
- Creative Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of creative strategies to position the brand within the crypto market and build brand recognition.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in design, branding, and the cryptocurrency industry. Continuously research and propose innovative design solutions that resonate with the blockchain community. Continuously research and strive to bring fresh, community-aligned perspectives to the brand’s design efforts.
Organizational Knowledge
- Website & Product Design: Collaborate with the product and web development teams to design intuitive UI/UX experiences that reflect the brand’s identity, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Campaign Design: Work with the marketing team to design assets for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, email templates, banners, and other promotional materials.
Communication and Influence
- Collaborative Projects: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design and visual design, knowledge of UI/UX is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
- Ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
- Worked alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
- Ability to give and receive feedback.
