Atlas is Anchorage Digital’s innovative settlement network. It makes it possible for clients to settle crypto and dollars safely between one another, decreasing counterparty and operational risk and increasing capital efficiency.
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive elements of our Atlas suite of products to increase value to customers and drive adoption. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a self-managed individual who has the ability to significantly drive new initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of crypto into institutional landscapes.

Technical Skills:

- You have a solid grasp of the underlying technologies used in digital asset management, such as blockchain and cryptographic security measures.
- You have the ability to apply technical knowledge to make informed product decisions, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with strategic goals.

- You are proficient in prioritizing and managing product roadmaps based on technical insights, market dynamics, and organizational objectives.

- You lead large product development teams and manage complex, cross-team projects independently, demonstrating autonomy and strategic decision making
- You work under broad direction, requiring minimal supervision on day-to-day activities and making informed decisions on new assignments.
- You are an expert in applying judgment and problem-solving skills to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, particularly in situations with limited information.
- You continually research and experiment to deepen understanding and knowledge of relevant areas of specialization or domains, systems, processes and frameworks.
- You are skilled in influencing others, including senior internal and external stakeholders, to adopt new processes or approaches that enhance product delivery and organizational effectiveness.

- You have a deep understanding of the company’s strategy and ensure product goals and initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives

- You lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that strategic objectives are met through effective teamwork and communication.
- You articulate the product roadmap clearly and persuasively to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment to objectives across the organization.
- You communicate effectively across various audiences and departments to ensure clarity and alignment within the team and across the organization.
- You effectively advocate for and secure buy-in on necessary changes to processes, policies, structures, and methods to achieve organizational goals
- You listen, understand, and empathize with team members and stakeholders, using these insights to influence decisions and align efforts with broader organizational goals.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Demonstrated success as a product manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a proven ability to drive high impact products from concept to market leadership.
- Practical, applied knowledge of banking and capital markets, drawn from significant relevant experience in tradfi capital markets, including OTC and exchange trading, settlements or clearing
- Experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing industry dynamics, priorities, and client needs, ensuring that product strategies remain relevant and proactive.
- A strong technical background, particularly with API-first and developer-centric products, enabling effective integration of B2B solutions and enhancing the efficiency and scalability of product offerings.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- You are knowledgeable about crypto, you use self-custody wallets actively, and know a bit too much about defi!
- You build 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
- You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
