- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of People systems (e.g., Lever, Dayforce, Lattice, or similar such as Workday, SAP, BambooHR).
- Experience with data integration and automation tools.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with People analytics and metrics.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Address complex data challenges and provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic planning by anticipating future trends and outcomes based on historical data.
- Enhance recruitment, engagement, retention, and performance through data-driven insights.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and save costs through automation and system integration.
- Conduct staffing analysis and skills assessments to ensure optimal team composition and skill alignment.
- Perform equity analysis to identify and address disparities in pay and opportunities across the organization.
Organizational Knowledge:
- A deep understanding of the company’s people processes, and systems.
- Knowledge of best practices in People analytics and people management.
- Awareness of the organizational structure and the impact of data on various departments.
- Ability to navigate and integrate data from multiple People systems to provide comprehensive insights
Communication and Influence:
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
- Influence leadership and other departments by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Regularly present findings and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Craft compelling narratives around data insights to effectively tell the story behind the numbers and drive engagement.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Deep experience with compensation analysis, reporting, and forecasting for both cash and equity-based compensation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with People Systems and Infrastructure including Lever, Dayforce, and Lattice.
